I have lived here for many years. The area is nice and close to all the things I use often. Shops, bank, highway ramps, all nearby. The office staff are friendly and handle things quickly. Maintenance team takes care of repairs well! They keep apartments, buildings, and grounds in good shape. Happy to live here. Wooten Company Property.

Anyone thinking about using or paying for Sitejabber’s services—think twice and maybe look into other review platforms. Be cautious of unfair business tactics, lock-in contracts, and threats to keep using their services. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a tech company as a small business owner. We spent thousands of dollars on their platform from mid 2021 to mid 2024 to gather reviews. After deciding to stop using their services, we lost almost 2-3k of our 5-star reviews, leaving us with a very low rating. We asked Sitejabber to remove our listing, fix the issue, or refund the money we spent. They took no responsibility, refused to take down our listing, and said the only way to resolve the issue was to keep paying full price with a 1-year lock in contract? Now we are stuck with no choice but to keep paying for their services.

They're a bias review platform

They're a bias review platform. They show your reviews as published, but it's not true for everyone. Check the views counter; if it doesn't add views, they might have ghosted your review, even if they claimed to publish it!

Sitejabber blocked me but allows ALL positive

Sitejabber blocked me but allows ALL positive reviews without pics or proof of buying, yet when I share the TRUTH, the lying company complains and tries to silence me. Looks like they are scared of big company LIARS!!!!

I tried leaving a review for Nebula, but it needed verification. The link just took me to their main page, no way to verify anything. I reached out to their support, hoping they'd fix it soon. Their emails say reviews get posted in 48 hours, but a customer service agent told me 72 hours. Which one is it? It’s inconsistent and kinda shady. Also, I remember they disabled reviews for Lipstick Alley a while back. Makes you wonder what's going on. Honestly, I’m just frustrated and confused with this whole process.

I tried using SiteJabber for my small business, hoping to showcase our real customer feedback. We noticed some bad reviews and figured we'd ask our happy customers to leave their honest opinions. Lots of them sent us screenshots confirming their reviews, but hardly any got published. It felt like only 1 out of every 30 reviews made it to the site, even when they had all the right details and proof of purchase. With so many other platforms out there, I don't think SiteJabber is worth the hassle. It just doesn’t seem to show the true picture of our business.
