I placed an order for a nightdress on January 28, 2024. Unfortunately, it didn't fit, prompting me to initiate a return. Despite the company's claim of a 30-day easy return service, the process proved challenging. The absence of a return address on their website necessitated email communication. They proposed a 20% refund and retaining the item, which was unhelpful. After numerous emails, they provided a German return address, contradicting the UK dispatch. The £10.95 return cost and their request for tracking details compounded the frustration. Despite their explanation of processing delays at a warehouse, my refund is still pending. Regrettably, despite their appealing products, I won't be a repeat customer due to these issues.
