I initially ordered a red hair dye

I initially ordered a red hair dye, and I was taken aback when I received an email informing me that they had selected a different shade. However, to my surprise, the shade they chose turned out to be absolutely stunning and far more sophisticated than my original choice. I'm not usually one to purchase hair dye online, but this experience left me thoroughly impressed. The dye had a delightful scent, and it left my hair feeling exceptionally soft and healthy.

Though the color was a tad off on the first order, my stylist made adjustments right away. The products are of high quality, and the color is definitely salon-grade with multidimensional colors and great grey coverage. I would recommend them for at-home salon-quality color with a much wider range of color choices than the competition. Their customer service is phenomenal too!

This company has on multiple occasions

This company has on multiple occasions gone out of its way to make sure that the dye I ordered is exactly what I want. Each time I have requested changes, they have been very helpful. I like the packaging

I like the packaging and the step-by-step guide on how to dye my hair. However, at the moment, I am not too happy with the color. It wasn't intense enough and faded quickly. My grays were not all covered, and my hair feels and looks more damaged, even though I followed all the instructions. I will give it another try and might need to find a different color. I really want to like it!
