My wife booked an excursion that got canceled. They refunded someone else instead of her. They realized the mistake but said we would have to sort it out ourselves.

Royal Australia cruise is not worth it.
Royal Australia cruise is not worth it. You won't believe how royal can turn your holiday into a stressfull time on their ship. They let too many people book tickets, and your kids won’t be able to join most of the free activities on the Australia ship. You have to use their app to book things, but they don’t tell you when booking opens. By the time you check, everything is full. Why spend so much money on a ship where your kids can't play or have fun, and you end up bored? The same people get to do stuff again and again while you don’t get a chanse. BE AWARE, ROYALCARIBBEAN IS NOT GOOD FOR A HOLIDAY. P&O IS WAY BETTER. THEIR AUSTRALIA SHIP IS JUST BAD!

The cruise line claims to have a discount
The cruise line claims to have a discount for first responders. However, I was informed that this discount doesn’t apply because of the automatic discount they offer. It’s disheartening to see a company promote support for first responders only to then deny them a discount due to another rate. It feels misleading to advertise a discount and then say it's not available, making it seem pointless.

I booked a Caribbean cruise with this company.
I booked a Caribbean cruise with this company. Unfortunately, there was a delay due to a hurricane, and we were not informed by the cruise line that the ship wouldn't depart as planned. We were left without any updates until I shared my concerns on social media. When we arrived at the port, we had to wait outside in over 30-degree heat, with no shelter. I was traveling with my blind husband, and the treatment from the port staff was far from acceptable. They rushed us without considering my husband's condition, which made the situation very difficult. Even once we were on board, things didn't get any better. I would hesitate to use them again. Customer service seemed uninterested, and it was clear they were more focused on profits than passenger care.

I called to ask what could be done about my upcoming cruise.
I called to ask what could be done about my upcoming cruise. Royal Caribbean does not support a 5 person family, so we had to book 2 separate rooms. I wanted to see if the rooms could be near each other, and I was told it would only be $70 more. I agreed, but then found out it would actually be about $400 more! I refused to pay that and wanted my original reservation, but the agent had already finalized it and "couldn't assist me". I reached out via email to discuss this, but the agents are not helpful and have no solutions. I'm quite unhappy with this entire situation. It’s too bad since we had a good time on our first Royal cruise. I think we might choose another company next time.
