We went on the 11 day great lakes cruise

We went on the 11 day great lakes cruise from Toronto to Milwaukee. The service was really good at all levels. From the baggage handling at both ends to the room staff to the dining team, it was among the best we have had, and we travel a lot. The food was good with enough choices to please everyone. The excursions were well organized and planned. The rooms are bigger than most cruise ships. The tour director was always around and helpful. Evening entertainment was aimed at an older crowd; but the average age of our group was 75, so that was fitting. It was our first time with Pearl Seas and we were happy with the trip. The cruise costs a bit more than other ones we have been on, but you get what you pay for. We traveled with two other couples and we all think this was a good choice.

Great Lakes Cruise. The ship size is just right.

Great Lakes Cruise. The ship size is just right. It's big enough for a good mix of people but small enough to feel relaxed. We had around 160 passengers. The crew was very skilled and worked well together. The food was some of the best I've had on any cruise. Dining was open seating, and dinner was served from 5:30 to 8, so it worked for everyone. The room size was spacious, with a full bathroom and shower. We had a balcony and really enjoyed sitting there while watching the Great Lakes. Rooms were cleaned twice a day, and the staff was great. There was an open bar starting at 3pm, and happy hour at 5:30 with tasty appetizers and music or games. After dinner, there was evening entertainment from 8:30 to 10, with various music performances. I thought the trip was a solid 10.

I don't usually write reviews, but this Canada

I don't usually write reviews, but this Canada & New England Fall Foliage Cruise with Pearl Seas Cruises was great. We've been on many cruises, but this one stands out as one of the best. We had two fantastic Cruise Directors, Kristen Lambert and Kirsta Stark, who made sure everything ran smoothly and kept us entertained. Special thanks to Kristen for always being available to help and ease any worries we had. The excursions were very informative, and we also gained a lot of knowledge about the region from the onboard expert, Mike Link, who gave interesting talks about the history of the places we visited. It was not only educational but also fun thanks to the Cruise Directors, expert, and guides.

My wife and I travel a lot.

My wife and I travel a lot. This was our first trip with Pearl of the Seas. We felt well taken care of in a way that was quite special. The food was wonderful. Each meal was tasty, with different options, generous portions, soft meats, quality seafood, and great service. The table service was always quick, precise, and welcoming. The room service was also very good. Excursions were enjoyable, and the entertainment was nice. I want to mention a few people, like Krista and Kristen, nearly everyone who brought us food, and the kindness shown by all the staff we met. Karl was a really good entertainer, both playing the piano and singing. The Pendys in Prince Edward Island were a lot of fun.

The Saint Lawrence Seaway Cruise, from Portland

The Saint Lawrence Seaway Cruise, from Portland, Maine to Toronto, was a wonderful trip to unwind, meet other guests, and explore the ports of call. There were daily activities for both those who wanted to go ashore and those who preferred staying aboard. Every need was met, and the food was great. The steaks were juicy, and the lobster was very fresh! It was heartwarming to see passengers with disabilities taking part in dances and other events, assisted by their companions. Some danced, while others went on tours when they could. The crew were very helpful!

The staff in each department were friendly

The staff in each department were friendly, helpful, and made sure all our needs and requests were taken care of. Our cabin was always spotless and cleaned regularly during our 15-day cruise.
