I switched my IRA to Rosland Capital after having a bad experience with another gold company that I saw on TV. I was referred to Heather Ho, and I told her about my past experience. She reassured me that it wouldn't happen again with them. I've been with the company since 11/2021. Heather has been really helpful in guiding me on how to make the best investment choices. Since I'm still new to investing, I appreciate all the assistance she has given me. It's also great that when I text her, she replies very fast. I'm happy with her service and the company, and I would definitely recommend both her and Rosland Capital.

Despite explaining my situation to salesperson Jamie and expressing my decision to forgo the purchase, the relentless calls persisted. Post-hospitalization, job loss further hindered my ability to proceed, but the calls persisted into January. Unfortunately, the sales approach escalated to rudeness and aggression. This persistent and aggressive sales strategy, especially during a challenging period, was distressing. Caution is advised when dealing with this company.

I am 81 years young today. It has always been my lifetime wish to purchase precious metals. I wanted something I could touch. The company's representative, Heather Ho, contacted me and on the very first conversation, Heather demonstrated her product knowledge in a way that I could easily understand. I told her what I wanted so she could explain the pros and cons to me. That she did in plain simple English. She became a person that I will always keep in contact with for many reasons. I bought quarter ounce gold coins from Rosland and have been working with them for more than 5 years. I've sold many coins to them, but the latest sale took the longest time to get my check. The order said it could take up to 60 days, but it's now 78 and still going. Calling my agent didn’t do any good. He said it could be because of year-end delays. Luckily, I didn’t rely on the 60-day estimate. Next time, I’ll plan for 90 days.
