So far so good. I'm happy
So far so good. I'm happy with the customer service, they are very polite and knowledgable, and the platform is very handy. The only problem is the very long queue to get connected which is almost the same in other providers.

Getting a quote was simple, and buying a policy was fairly straightforward too. However, they don't offer the type of coverage I was looking for, like third party fire & theft, which would have been preferable.
