This company was fantastic to deal with.
This company was fantastic to deal with. They replaced our roof and siding, and also installed new gutters that match perfectly. They were prompt and acted professionally throughout. We're now in the process of designing a deck with them, and the plans they gave us are spot on. If you're in the triad, this is the company to call for any home improvement needs.

Roofing & Exterior PROS were very supportive at each stage of the process. They helped assess the condition of my property and made sure everything was properly recorded with the insurance adjuster. They guided me through the whole restoration and made sure all our questions were answered. Jake and his team remained professional the entire time.

Their work quality was inconsistent.
Their work quality was inconsistent. The 2nd floor deck turned out great, but the stairs leading to it were poorly done. The joists didn’t align with the uprights and the step boards were uneven. We agreed on a schedule, but they insisted on their own. They wanted to change the windows while we were away—NO! Instead, they worked on the siding, and when we came back the first evening, the color was all wrong. We told George Kranzler, the salesman, four times about adding under decking to the contract. He kept saying, “yeah, right,” but it never happened. Not a reliable salesman.
