My tub shipment was late by nearly a month from the planned date, but aside from that, setting up the delivery went smoothly. The tub came with a bit of box damage, though it didn't affect the tub itself, and its quality matched what was shown on the site. I'd order again mainly because it's more affordable than other large stores.

Man, this whole faucet situation is testing my patience. I ordered a freestanding faucet, but it didn't come with the floor mount plate. So, I did the responsible thing and sent it back, expecting my account to be credited in 8-10 business days. The return got processed on 8/31, and now, it's been 10 business days, and I'm still twiddling my thumbs waiting for that credit to hit my account.

Acht jaar geleden een bad gekocht. Twee jaar geleden omgebouwd naar douche over bad. Veel geld uitgegeven bij dit bedrijf. Originele bad was beschadigd door slechte verpakking. Klauwvoeten gleden rond in het bad. Het werd snel vervangen, maar ik moest het bad zelf wegdoen. Niet makkelijk. Sinds de ombouw naar douche over bad is de nieuwe omleidingsklep na iets meer dan een jaar kapot gegaan. Garantie was natuurlijk verlopen. Nieuwe klep gekocht. Geen installatie-instructies erbij, niet een onderdeel dat je makkelijk kunt verwijderen en juist installeren. Ik heb twee keer om de installatie-instructies gevraagd maar nog geen antwoord gekregen. Instructies, eerlijk gezegd, zijn niet de duidelijkste als je ze hebt.

Would like to share my thoughts on the shower enclosure, but I can’t since it still hasn’t arrived. Been waiting nearly 4 months for something that was supposed to come in 3-4 weeks. The Customer Service person I talked to last time had no useful information. Really hope the item is good if it ever shows up. BAD costomer support.
