    Jason really came through for us and probably saved our bond in a new apartment. After moving into our NYC rental less than a month ago, we had just had our couch cleaned professionally. Then, we noticed some large dark splattered stains on our wooden floor. We soon realized the floorboards aren’t sealed, and the cleaning chemicals had left huge stains all over the apartment. In panic mode, I searched for ways to fix it and found SHP’s website. I called for help, and Jason quickly got back to me, suggesting I use some white vinegar and cotton rags to lighten the stains. It made a huge difference in how noticeable the stains were. A real lifesaver.

    Nice instructions, simple to apply, and a fantastic looking Matt finish. I used this on a rainbow wood cap for a pony wall in the living room stairwell, part of which faces the TV and fireplace like a bar. I’m a decent hobby woodworker and have worked with a lot of good finishes (including rub on) over time, but this one stood out – Great grain and color popping. I tested both pure and natural on sample pieces, and found the white in the natural didn’t work as well for me as the pure.

    First time using Rubio Monocoat.

    First time using Rubio Monocoat. Used Walnut color on Walnut, live edge slab. The result looked great! Made a bar for my wedding party, and everyone loved it! Served over 100 guests all night, and the stain/finish on the Walnut slab stayed perfect! Not a single problem was seen the next moring!

    My husband builds furniture and has crafted several custom pieces for our home. We went through hurricane Helene and had three feet of water in the house. The house was a disaster, but all the wooden furniture with your product is still in great condition. Great product!
