Excellent customer service! I've bought several toner cartridges from Precision Roller over the years and never faced any issues. When I had a problem with the newest cartridge, I wasn't sure if it was the cartridge or my old printer. I called Precision Roller, and Gabi (Gabor) in tech support looked into the issue and sent me a Technical Bulletin for my service tech. Nick called me back shortly with a refund. Plus, everyone I spoke with was friendly and understanding -- impressive!

I got a new fuser unit for my printer. When we put it in, the printer showed an error. We took it to a local repair shop. They found the fuser was bad and said to call the company. I called Precision Roller, explained, and they sent a new unit, free, with shipping. It fixed my printer. They fixed the problem with the part and were good about it. I'll buy from them again!!! Thanks!!!

I've got toner cartridges from Precision Roller before, always smooth sailing. Had a hiccup with a recent one, wasn't sure if it was the cartridge or my old printer. Called up, Gabi sorted it with a manufacturer's bulletin, and Nick quickly refunded. Plus, they were all really nice! Wow!

They are really slow.

They are really slow. It takes forever to get parts from them. Every time, shipments are delayed. Very disappointed customer. I am not sure how they are still in business.
