I bought a tv console table and a coffee table from povison, and I’m happy with the furniture quality and customer support. I wasn’t sure what to think when I first ordered since the company didn’t have many reviews. The furniture got here in about 3 weeks and was fully assembled, just had to take it out of the shipping boxes. Both pieces are sturdy and well made. When my coffee table showed up, it had some damage from shipping, so I reached out to customer service, sent photos, and they quickly sent me a new table that came in great condition. I would surely buy from Povison again. I have some pieces from West Elm and Bassett, and Povison furniture is nicer and better quility.

Making it bigger is simple and works well. The way it was packed was really good. The top had plenty of foam for safety and the legs were rapped 3 times to keep them safe. Putting it together was easy. Just remove 4 screws, put the legs in, and screw them back. Took us about 30 minuts to get it all out and set up. The delivery was a suprise. It got here two weeks early and the delivery guy was great. He carried it up 13 stairs and put it in the kitchen like we were told. We would tell our freinds and anyone reading to try this company.

I bought a 94" TV Credenza.

It took 8 weeks to arrive from China, but honestly... it was worth waiting. It was packed really well and came in one strong piece! Weighs 190lbs. No scratches at all. Really nice furniture. Happy I gave it a try. The delivery people called the day before and gave me a 9a-2p window. I thought, "oh no, whole day waiting." They actually arrived around 9:15am! All in all, a good experience.

I like the look. Stylish with a little old-school vibe. The black has a nice “textured” feel, much better than my black Yamaha piano. Metropolitan brought the package right into my living room. It was packed really well with soft foam all around (not that messy styrofoam that falls appart). No scratches, and the drawers have a small wheel for tiny adjustments.

I recall being promised an extra discount in exchange for providing my email address, but unfortunately, the code I received turned out to be invalid. What bothered me more was the absence of a means to verify the code, which left me slightly disappointed. Nevertheless, I am eagerly awaiting the delivery of the product and reserving my final judgment until I can see it in person.
