I was a bit skeptical about trying Perfect Rolex, but I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. I've always admired Rolex watches but couldn't justify the high price tag. With Perfect Rolex, I was able to get a fantastic look-alike at an affordable price. Even the international shipping was quicker than I anticipated. I was impressed with the attention to detail on the watch, and I'm definitely considering ordering another one in the future.

I bougha silver jubilee watch over a month ago, but unfortunately, the watch was never delivered. I provided proof that it wasn't delivered through Canada Post, and your company promised a refund within 15 days. However, it has now been 30 days, and I received an email this morning stating that you cannot issue me a refund at the moment, and a replacement will be delivered instead. From the beginning, I made it clear that I do not want a replacement; I simply want my money back. I'm extremely disappointed with this level of customer service and have decided not to order from your company again.

At first, I wasn’t sure about the quality and stuff before ordering. I searched the internet for many replica choices. I chose a 1908 Rolex in yellow gold with white dial. Here is my honest review, the delivery took a few weeks but the watch came well packed and I must say I like it. It looks and feels nice. Everything works fine, the only thing missing was the laser etched crown on the glass, but I actually like it better this way. I am very very happy with my buy and would recommend them. They kept in touch very well and did exactly what they promised. Overall, I am very pleased.

Hi every one, I just wanted to ask if these guys (perfect Rolex) are trusthworthy to buy from as I’m looking for a deep sea dweller. I like the one on their website but I saw reviews and most seem good, except one says don’t buy from them because they are a scam and all reviews are fake. So I’m just curious if they are reliable to buy from.

At first, I was a bit worried because the shipment was late. But once it got here, it looked amazing. I ordered a rolex submariner starbucks. There are two versions, regular and Swiss. After my first order, I changed to the Swiss one. They changed my order and I paid the extra cost. The watch looks great and is a very good clone model.

These folks are good. The whole process felt simple, and all arrived just as promised. Their replies were quick, and they even shared small videos explaining how to size the watch and measure my wrist. They also sent me a different band free of charge since my wrist was tricky. I got the watch (Oyster Perpetual Day Date in gold with a green dial), and it came faster than I thought. I felt a bit let down by the quality, though. The crown is a bit tricky to screw in, and the clasp is tough to open and shut. Despite these small problems, I do like the watch. It's good-looking and seems well-made. Keep it up!

I bought from Perfect Rolex, knowing it was a replica. When I got the watch, it was running very fast, gaining about 1/2 hour every 3 hours. I reached out to customer service (which was useless) by email and phone, but no one answered the phone. A person named Cindy Marquez emailed back, offering a full refund, but after a few days and even weeks, nothing happened. Now, they’ve stopped responding, and I’m stuck with this useless watch. Lesson learned. Don’t buy from this company. I reported them to Visa International to try and get this website shut down everywhere.

I bought the Ladies DateJust 178274/01. The watch clasp won’t stay shut; it also won’t hold the time or date. I have kept calling and emailing customer support but got no help. Customer service is nice only before you pay. VERY DISAPOINTED
