I booked a room with Outpost Club, and it was the best decision I made

Moving to NYC for work was exciting until the apartment hunt began. I toured six apartments, all either overpriced or poorly maintained. I booked a room with Outpost Club at Owens House out of desperation, and it was the best decision I made. The apartment was clean, and the shared spaces were modern. I even made friends with my roommates. No broker fees, no hassle.

    Nice place to stay

I want to take a moment to share how transformative my experience at Outpost Club has been. When I first moved to New York, I was overwhelmed by the sheer number of housing options, many of which were either way out of my budget or lacked any sense of community. Outpost Club was the perfect middle ground—it offers a reasonable price point without compromising on quality or comfort. The rooms are beautifully designed and come fully furnished, which was a lifesaver for me as someone moving in from out of state. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and I love the little touches, like the stylish desk lamp and cozy throw blanket. The shared spaces are equally impressive—modern, clean, and inviting. I often find myself hanging out in the common area just because it’s such a pleasant space. One suggestion I have is to include more storage options in the rooms. While I’ve managed to make do, a bit more closet space would go a long way, especially for someone like me who has a lot of clothes! What truly sets Outpost Club apart, though, is the people. From the management team to my fellow residents, everyone here is genuinely kind and respectful. I’ve made friends who have become like family to me. The community events are a fantastic way to meet people, and I always look forward to them. Outpost Club isn’t just a place to live—it’s a place to grow, connect, and feel truly at home in one of the busiest cities in the world. I can’t recommend it enough.

    👍️👍️👍️

I loved living at Central Park Manhattan House The neighborhood is charming, with Columbia University and Central Park nearby. The building is fantastic-newly refurbished with modern interiors, in-unit washers and dryers, and a rooftop with amazing views. The location is super convenient, just minutes from multiple subway stations. The amenities, like the gym and monthly cleaning service, were crucial for me and made my stay so comfortable. Highly recommended!

    Nice place!

I couldn't ask for a better life together. It's clean, friendly and close to everything I need! And the communication and service during booking were excellent, I felt like an important guest. In addition, the relationship between roommates is also excellent and we have very similar ideas. Thank you for this opportunity!

    Comfortable conditions

What I appreciated most about Outpost Club was the transparency. No hidden fees, no surprises—just a straightforward living arrangement. The convenience of having a fully furnished apartment with all utilities bundled into a single payment allowed me to focus on my work and enjoy the city.

    Spacious and charming

I was unsure at first due to old reviews from when it was Common Robinson, but Outpost Club has really improved things. The house is clean, the staff is responsive, and the location is super convenient.

I’d only recommend it if location is your top priority

The Upper West Side House is in a lovely neighborhood, but I found the room sizes too small for the price. The rooftop views are nice, but I’d only recommend it if location is your top priority.

I’ve been staying with Outpost Club, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The coliving spaces are modern, fully furnished, and perfect for my lifestyle. Everything is included—Wi-Fi, utilities, and even cleaning—so there’s no hassle. I love how flexible the terms are, which is great for someone like me who’s always on the move. The community vibe is amazing too! I’ve met great people, and the common areas and events really add to the sense of belonging. Positive experience

I’ve been living here for a few months now, and it’s been such a positive experience. The staff are friendly and always available to help. My room is exactly what I need—comfortable, clean, and private. I also love the shared kitchen, though it does get a bit busy sometimes. The sense of community here is something I didn’t expect, and it’s been such a great bonus.

    I stayed at bushwick house

The location is great-just a 2-minute walk to the M train and a 5-minute walk to the L train, making it easy to get to Manhattan. The common spaces are bright and inviting, and having a washer/dryer in the building is very convenient. My only minor gripe is that it can get a bit noisy at times due to the vibrant neighborhood. Overall, I would recommend it.

Being close to Central Park is a huge plus, and the nearby subway makes commuting effortless. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable yet luxurious coliving experience in Manhattan.

I'm really enjoying my time at the Lafayette House property.

My room is spacious and filled with natural light. There's a great basement area for hanging out with friends, plus a music room. Special thanks to Yaroslav from property management—he's always quick to fix any issues. For instance, he repaired my apartment's washer just two days after I reported the problem. I'm very grateful!

I’m staying at Lincoln House right now.

I love the skylight in my room, though it’s not exactly a “window.” Still, the natural light makes my room feel cozy. The price is a bit steep at $1580, especially for the size, but the neighborhood (PLG) makes it worth it. It’s a great mix of quiet and convenience. A solid choice if you don’t mind paying a bit more.

    Stylish, Convenient, but Pricey

Clark House is an excellent option for someone like me who values convenience and style. I initially signed a short-term lease during a work project, but the modern furnishings and well-equipped kitchen made me wish I could stay longer. The apartment’s design has a sleek, minimalist vibe, which I appreciate as someone who likes a clutter-free space. However, the rent at the standard rate feels a bit steep for the area, even with all the included amenities like monthly cleaning. If they offered more flexible pricing, I’d probably make this my long-term base in the city.

I'm currently staying at Outpost Club's Bedford House location and I'm impressed! The space is enormous, featuring two levels connected by a stylish spiral staircase. I love the modern, sleek appliances and furniture throughout. During move-in, I had a minor hiccup with customer service not answering my call, but they quickly responded to my email. Overall, the Bedford House offers a great blend of historic charm and modern convenience in a vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood. The sense of community here is a definite plus!

I’ve been living at Owens House for 3 months, and honestly, I’m enjoying the place. The room is a bit smaller than I expected, but the huge windows make up for it. The sunlight that pours in makes the space feel airy and open. The rent is reasonable for the quality, and the fact that there's laundry in the basement is a real bonus! The location is great too—close to everything I need.

Overall, not a bad experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I stayed at Park Avenue House for a few months while transitioning to a new job. One thing I appreciated was not having to deal with finding roommates since Outpost took care of all the background checks. The room was small, which is typical for NYC, but manageable. My main concern was that the common areas could get crowded at times, and responses from customer service regarding maintenance were slower than I anticipated. Overall, not a bad experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The events they organize are amazing

Outpost Club has been such a gamechanger for me. Moving to NYC for the first time was overwhelming, and I had no idea where to start looking for housing. From the moment I contacted the team, they were so helpful and patient, walking me through every step of the process. When I arrived, my room was spotless, cozy, and perfectly furnished—I didn’t have to worry about anything. The best part, though, is the community. The events they organize are amazing; I’ve been to trivia nights, cooking workshops, and even a little holiday celebration. It’s made meeting people so much easier, and I’ve built genuine friendships here. If there’s one thing I’d change, it’s adding more soundproofing in the common areas—sometimes it can get a little noisy during events. Other than that, it’s been nothing short of incredible!

    Excellent accommodation

I’ve been living at Outpost Club for four months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The move-in process was simple, and the staff were so accommodating, even when I had to reschedule my arrival. My room is perfect for what I need, and the common spaces are always clean and inviting. The location is fantastic—close to transportation, groceries, and my favorite fitness studio. I’ve also loved the social events; they’ve made it so easy to meet people and build friendships. If there’s one thing I’d tweak, it would be to add more co-working spaces for remote workers like me. Outpost Club has truly become my home away from home, and I’m so grateful to have found this place.

Having a great experience at their Maison house.

My Maisonette Large Room feels like a studio thanks to the private bathroom and mini fridge/ample space. The property manager helped me after I got locked out of my room at 10pm and I was incredibly grateful for the fast assistance-i dont know many companies that would go out of their way to assist like that at any hour of night, but its a great comfort. Outpost goes the extra mile and its much appreciated. Exceptional customer service.

    A great spot

Co-living with Outpost Club in Brooklyn saved me a ton of money and stress. For $1,600/month, I had a spacious private room in a building with a gym and backyard. The house had a mix of young professionals and students, and it was great to have a built-in community while adjusting to the city.

I had a good time with these surveys. There are moments when I can relax and use my mind. Sometimes, when you're not at work due to an injury or illness, you still get thoughtful feedback and support. The fact that we can't cash out the points makes it a great and enjoyable experience.
