I had a bad experience with this company. Lost £80.00 and wouldn't recommend shopping with them. They are still being advertised on Google. An investigation is underway. Be careful and stay away. There are international investigations into this company. If you've had issues, make sure to report them to Google. We have found their location, and we're continuing with our investigations. The hoodie I received was different from what I expected. The fabric was of low quality, delivery took a lot longer than anticipated, and the prices were far too high. The size guide was inaccurate, and when I reached out about an exchange, I got no response for several days. Avoid this company if you don't want to waste your time.

I sent them pictures of the wrong items, and they gave me half of a refund because they don't offer return labels!? I have already contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. This is such a scam.

I am rating it a one because the jeans fit me fine…But they were not good quality and not Judy Blue as they said! They were an unknown brand and took ages to arrive! I feel let down after seeing the other reviews about returns, so it looks like I will be stuck with them! Total sham! Don't buy from them!!!

Shipping took forever. The copy looked bad, $72.00 waste. I bet the return policy is awful. Please, President Trump, stop this nonsense with these awful countries and people. This is American’s hard earned cash being stolen. A disabled senior got ripped off again.

Terrible online store. Item didn't come when they said it would. They emailed saying it was in my country but tracking showed it was in Shanghai. Customs charged me 20% more to get my order, but after 15 days of waiting, still nothing. Complete scam.

I ordered a jacket from this website. The jacket came and looks completely different from the photo. The logo on the jacket was peeling off and the quality is horrible. On top of that they are ignoring all of my requests for a return.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The ‘Carhaart’ hoodie I ordered looked nothing like the one shown in the photos and was clearly a fake. Stay away from this company. If something seems too good to be true, it most likely is.

I ordered a corset from them in October 2024 and now it’s June 2025, I still haven’t received anything even though it clearly says it was delivered. I can’t reach them or the delivery service, which is also impossible to find.

Avoid buying from this company. The product I got did not look like the photos, the mirror quality was quite poor, and the sizes were not as described. When I tried to return it, they didn’t pay atention to my request.

Awful, awful, awful! I ordered a purse two months ago and paid for it. I still haven’t gotten my handbag. I’ve contacted their customer service, and they just keep saying it’s coming soon! Don’t bother! Stay far away!

The product quality is bad for the high cost. It took 6 weeks for delivery from China. They sent the wrong size. They refused a full refund, even if their site says returns are accepted.

Ich habe für meinen Sohn einen Pullover zu Weihnachten bestellt, eine Woche nachdem er hätte ankommen sollen, bekam ich eine Mail, dass er etwas später kommen würde. Als er endlich da war, war es ein völlig anderer Pullover als der, den ich bestellt hatte. Ich habe zwei Mails geschickt, um mitzuteilen, dass ich die falsche Bestellung bekommen habe, und zwei Wochen später bekam ich eine Antwort, dass sie den bestellten Pullover nicht haben und ich den falschen auf eigene Kosten zurücksenden muss, wenn ich eine Rückerstattung möchte – eine Adresse geben sie mir nicht. Betrug!!

Leider musste ich die selbe Erfahrung machen wie viele andere Nutzer hier. Zunächst extrem lange Wartezeit (6 Wochen) angeblich wegen Lieferschwierigkeiten eines Zulieferers in Vietnam. Dann komplett falschen Artikel erhalten. Anschließend das hier schon oft beschriebene Prozedere: Foto schicken, Rückzahlung des halben Preises oder Übernahme der Rücksendungskosten durch mich. Dies ist offensichtlich kein Einzelfall sondern die Strategie der Firma. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten bei ootdmw zu kaufen.
