I got a king sized blanket for my mom after her dog passed, and it came out perfect! It was just what I had in mind, and my mom really liked it! She’s been hugging it non-stop since she got it. I would definitely recommed it to anyone thinking about getting one.

Customer support was really good
Customer support was really good and helped me fix a small issue with my order (I picked the wrong blanket size). The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the tracking system wasn’t updated when my order was printed or sent out. I didn’t know it was shipped, but I’m glad it showed up!

I’m stuck trying to cancel
I’m stuck trying to cancel an order and it's been a mess. Ordered some custom artwork for nearly $100, but when I saw the preview, I wasn't impressed at all. Reached out to get a refund since I didn't like it, but they're refusing because it's past their 24-hour cancellation window. I didn't even get the artwork preview until three days later, so how was I supposed to cancel in time? I get that I could've canceled within 24 hours of ordering, but I had no idea I wouldn't like it then. Still waiting for a response, but right now, I'd give this whole experience a 1/5. Would change my review if they refund me.
