The products are good, but the website really needs better

The products are good, but the website really needs better guidance for users to find the right items. I wanted to be certain that I purchased a game pad that could also work in tablet mode, and it mostly did, but I had to search a bit. I’ve had issues in the past with a controller that didn’t function in tablet mode. The individual Joys should act as separate controllers when not connected. I hope the Hyperion pro will meet my needs, but time will tell.

This is my second time ordering from NYXI.

This is my second time ordering from NYXI. The first experience went well with no problems. However, this time I received an email three days after my order asking for more details to proceed with the shipment. They didn't give me enough time to respond, and after a few hours, they canceled my order. I ended up placing another order, so I hope this one goes smoothly.

Purchased the Xeron Pro controllers. I really like them a lot! They’ve totally changed my gaming experience on the Switch. It's way more fun to use now. Excited to test out the other size sticks!
