Each time I’ve reached out to support, they’ve been fantastic! Youssef and Cayden were very helpful. I managed to smoothly upgrade my service with one ticket, and on another, they even discovered a new setting for Satisfactory they added to the UI! That’s what I call support! The only small hiccup I've noticed is with the server’s performance now and then. I hope this upgrade to a higher tier solves it, but occasionally, if I do too much in-game (or travel too fast), I get disconnected. It might be due to a game issue, as I didn’t have this trouble with a previous game server host. That said, their UI is very clean and user-friendly! I’ll surely use their game hosting services much more in the future.

Great hoster. I'm running a Minecraft Server and my rating is based on that experience. I don't have much to grumble about. The price seems fair, though I can't say it's the cheapest. Maybe there's a cheaper option out there. The support is good. No complaints there either. (Tip: They have a Discord server too, where you might get quicker help for small issues.) Downsides: One issue I've had is a small tech problem with deleting server backups. But the support handles it well, so it's not a huge deal.

I selected the Extreme Plus plan to configure my servers, and they have been very effective. Regarding reliability, in these 5 months, my server has never gone offline, and the support team has treated me very well. If you're asking: Shockbyte, Apex, or Sparked? I've been using Sparked for more than a year and always find their prices fair. I always feel I get what I pay for. I've rarely had issues, and when I do, the staff fixes them quickly. Mostly, I use it for Minecraft servers with friends, but I've also used it for Valheim with no problems. Overall, 10/10—always return to them for my server needs!

I chose the Ultimate tier for

I chose the Ultimate tier for Discord bot hosting with a dedicated IP and some extra addons for my big Discord-bot project. At the beginning, I was really unsure about what to pick, but Akos K. from the staff helped me out on Discord, and I ended up with a great deal. Now my project runs really smoothly, just how I wanted it to. They also helped me set up the bot and gave me advice, and they were really friendly the whole time. I'd suggest them to anyone looking to get one for themselves!

I've only availed of two services from them, the Discord bot hosting about 6 months ago and web hosting more recently, simply to experiment with things. As a newcomer to software development, I truly appreciate the low barrier of entry they provide, which makes it accessible for me to understand how hosting works. Customer service with this company is

Customer service with this company is terrible. While the server hosting was okay, I faced numerous problems that required contacting customer service. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve any of my issues and didn't provide explanations for their inability to do so. Despite requesting cancellation almost three weeks before my renewal date, I was still charged again. Their response was simply to direct me to cancel it myself, without offering any guidance on how to proceed or informing me that they wouldn't cancel it on their own, despite my previous requests through support tickets.

Terrible customer experience. The server hosting was decent, but I faced problems that customer service couldn't fix despite multiple attempts. I tried to cancel almost three weeks before renewal, but got charged again with no explanation. Their only response was to cancel it myself online, even though I requested cancellation through a support ticket. No one guided me on the cancellation process or mentioned they wouldn't cancel automatically.

Really bad support, immature staff

I've had a terrible experience with this hosting provider. It seems like the customer support is not attentive and may be inexperienced. When I asked about issues with my Minecraft server, I received brief responses that didn't address the problem. My server would crash frequently, regardless of the plan I was on, and the support team didn't seem interested in resolving the issue.

Logging into the server was a nightmare with all those issues. But then Griffin stepped in. This guy really knew his stuff and stuck with me until we figured it out. I thought I was tech-savvy, but he was on a whole new level. The service was fantastic—quick, reliable help right when I needed it. Seriously, 11/10. Worth every penny!
