I’ve shopped a lot from this site, and the service is always fantastic! Today was the first time I needed to contact them for help. I requested an “authentic form” shiny sinistea and polteageist, but what I received were clearly the fake forms. I reached out again, and they got back to me in under a minute. They reviewed my notes and realized I had mistakenly called it the authentic form instead of the antique form, which puzzled the staff (since authentic form isn’t a real thing😂). They provided me with the right pokemon and let me keep the 2 fake forms!! Overall, it took less than 5 minutes from my first issue to receiving the new pokemon. I can't say enough nice things about this site!!

I was able to get my favorite Pokemon really fast, and the chat support is great! I’m not a big gamer so I didn’t quite understand everything at first, but they kept guiding me until I got it right. Considering how much I spend on in-app purchases, the prices for Pokemon are really reasonable, and they even gave me a free one plus a discount code for my next buy! I’ll definitely keep using this site to complete my Pokédex!

Great service from beginning to end. The website is simple to use, and the steps are easy to follow. The people delivering the Pokémon are very patient and kind. It's nice they use Trustpilot too. Overall, 10/10. Saved me over $70 by not needing to buy the other game and DLC to finish my Pokédex. The prices are very fair. Loved it, and will order again!
