Since the review system doesn’t let you choose less than one star, I had to go with it. These shoes are the most poorly made and uncomfortable I’ve ever seen. I checked various reviews and they all praised them… it’s FALSE!! I attempted to return them, and while they do accept returns, you can’t send them to their Chicago warehouse; instead, they need to go to China, making the return shipping more expensive than the original purchase. So basically, they’re just taking your money. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW!

I first chose to buy from Amazon because the price was low and thought I was getting genuine Musabela shoes. When they showed up, it was obvious they were not authentic. I soon ordered from the Musabela site and I’m very happy I did! The shoes I got were just what I needed—light, cushioned, and really good for my feet. Buy them only from their official website!

I’ve been using these Musabelas for a few months now, and they’re still in great condition. The support is just as strong as when I first bought them, and they’ve really helped with my plantar fasciitis. The customer service was willing to assist me with a personal issue as well–thank you Olofy team for your patience. One thing to mention is I’m almost certain the cactus labs products aren’t the correct amounts as advertised, but that’s not on the distributor. To those leaving lower star reviews: the delivery options are actually for faster SHIPPING, not "delivery." It can seem misleading, but they did technically let you know.

I bought a pair of shoes, but they didn’t fit right. I reached out to Musabela, and they told me I could return them for a refund, get a discount or credit, or they could send me a new pair while letting me keep the ones I had. I let them decide and they chose to send me a new pair, so I’m giving the old ones away. I’ll for sure be ordering from them again. Great customer service and I am happy with the solution. A+.

These are definitely the most comfortable and supportive

These are definitely the most comfortable and supportive walking shoes I’ve ever owned. Felt great right from the start and seem to be built really well. They offer great support and look good too. People always ask me where I got them from. I’m really picky when it comes to choosing shoes, but these are easily my number one pick.

I wasn't satisfied because the shoes I got weren't the size I ordered, but the company fixed the problem and refunded me completely. Now, I feel good about it. The company took care of the issue, and that matters to me. They gave me an option, another pair or my money back. I decided to take the refund.

These shoes are just what I needed... The wide toe box gives my toes room to move around. I really like the adjustable arch support insole. The air cushion does a great job of absorbing shock and easing my back pain. Really, really comfortable shoes!

Really nice and comfy shoes! I have plantar fasciitis and like the extra arch support these shoes give. Simple to put on and take off. I wore them the same day I got them and had no issues at all. My feet feel amazing!

I really like my new shoes!

I really like my new shoes! They are super light. I am happy I bought them. I work in the nursing department and stand for more than 8 hours daily, and these are very comfy. No more footpain after my shifts.

Oh my feet hurt after long days, and these have been such a help with my foot pain...!!! If you are like me, you should grab a pair.

I like the shoes.

I like the shoes. They are comfy and offer decent support, though I've only tried them on to check the fit and haven’t worn them for long periods yet. My only problem is that they come from China, which they don’t mention. Luckily, they fit well so I don’t have to send them back and pay a lot. I was moving, so they didn’t arrive anywhere near the time they said. It took about a month to get them from where they were delivered. Because of this, I probably won’t buy from them again. They don’t let you know they’re shipping from China, and the arrival time isn’t accurate.

Comfortable, but...

Because these shoes have wide toes, I find them very comfortable, even though the soles seem to be plastic. I see and feel nothing that makes them orthodic shoes. The included insert only makes the heel higher, but has no arch support. I will be purchasing insoles and arch support to add to these shoes.

I purchased 2 pairs of their so-called “orthopedic” shoes. Musabela sounds like a good brand for comfy shoes. But they are made in China and that’s exactly how they feel and look. When I got them, I felt really bad. I spent a lot of money I don’t really have for shoes to help my neuropathy. They are worth no more than $10-$15 each. Like shoes you find in a discount store, but these 2 pairs cost me $130 in total! I wish I could give them a zero rating because 2.9 is way too high! PS - I bought the shoes in April and still no one from their company answers my emails or texts. Tomorrow, I’ll try calling, but I read in another review that their phone doesn’t work. It’s the anger more than anything that bothers me, but I won’t quit until I get a response.

You are very unprofessional, and I don't want your $25 coupon. I won't be ordering from you again. I'll stick with the bigger companies who know how to treat their customers better. If the shoes I ordered online aren't the right fit for me when I get them, why are you making me keep them? I’m not going to wear them if they don't work for me. If they’re uncomfortable, why won’t you refund me? You’re forcing me to keep them! I was recommended to your company, but now I see I’ve been dealing with an unprofessional business. I will warn others to be careful about your customer service. If they end up with the wrong shoes, they should know there’s "no refund," and you'll offer a useless $25 coupon to an unhappy customer.

This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought anything. My experience was just like many others have said. I ordered from a company that says it’s in California. My shoes came from China and took 34 days to get here. I asked for help many times and even though I got answers, they didn’t help at all. When the shoes finally came, they didn’t fit and looked very cheap. The quality was really bad. I tried to return them but found out I have to send them back to China. I checked the cost and it will be more than my refund. This company is a total scam.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes and 2 pairs of insoles. The shoes were not made of good materials, the soles were plastic instead of rubber, and the insoles felt like styrofoam. They didn’t offer much support. The company’s 30-day money-back guarantee says the shoes cannot be worn, must be in the original packaging, and have to be returned to CHINA, which cost me $71 to ship. Even though the shoes were sent from Franklin Park, CA, they insisted I send them to CHINA. I contacted them asking to return the shoes to CA, but they refused. I wouldn’t recommend these shoes, poor quality.

I bought these shoes back in March. Picked out pink and blue ones. When they finaly came at the end of April, they were black. I messaged them and said they sent the wrong item. They asked for a photo, so I sent it. Then they asked for the size too. I told them it don’t matter what size it is when it’s the wrong color. It’s now June and I’m still stuck in this mess. They don’t make any sense. Don’t buy from here. If I saw reviews before, I would of never bought. They even told me to pay to return what they messed up. Can’t believe it!!! Hope they shut down.

They feel bulky.

They feel bulky. Not sure what they used for the bottom part. There’s zero padding inside. When I pulled the insole out, it looked like weird foam stuff. This brand isn’t orthopedic at all! And returns are not easy. Mine came from IN but they told me it has to go back to Chian. Ended up getting better insoles since I can’t return them.

Also, the size is not listed anywhere on the shoes. They said they would not return my money. They said I could get 20% back only if I send the shoes to them IN CHINA. When I contacted the credit card company to cancel the payment, Musabela chose to give me a full refund. Be careful dealing with them.

Bought two pairs, it took a whole month to arrive, they sent the wrong size and after waiting a week with no reply to my emails and no answer on the phone, I’m now disputing the charge with my credit card for a refund. The shoes feel really cheap, and the soles are super slippery, so be careful.

Awful shoes. I sent them back to China (paid $30 for shipping!) to the address they gave. After four months, the shoes came back to me with "no address found." I lost $50 for the shoes and $30 for the shipping that didn’t work.
