Waiting for transit

I ordered on the 17th of March, today is the 21st of March. Checking shipping looks like they are still in China.

If Musabela fixes this, I will update my review, but as of now, HORRIBLE! My dad has health problems and needs shoes that he can actually wear. He found some on the website, carefully ordered a pair that would fit his needs, with the right width and open Velcro style for swelling. He waited a month, but no shoes showed up. I tried helping him track them because he was worried his money was gone and no shoes would arrive. The shoes bounced around the country and finally came, only to be the WRONG PAIR and nothing like his size! He called customer service, and they said they couldn’t do anything but would transfer him to a US company. Then they said, “We’ll let them know you’re calling” and hung up. There was no number to call back, and the only brand on the shoes is “fashion shoes.” He can’t get help and should not have to pay to send them back to China when Musabela made the mistake! We don’t know if the shoes would have been good, but all we have is a low-quality, very small pair that doesn’t even have a size and is nothing like what he ordered. Musabela needs to send the right shoes in the correct size. If they fix this, I’ll update my review, but I’ll warn others if they don’t. Older people worked hard and deserve better. It’s wrong for a company to steal from anyone, especially older people.

UNSATISFIED ANNOYED CHEAP

Let me start off by saying that I do not like leaving negative reviews. I have to leave one so no one else gets trapped in this. I ordered my husband a size 12 extra wide "work" boot. The materials are so cheap that anyone who wears these to work could get hurt because a nail could go through the soles of the shoes and it bends very easily. Not only that, but THEY sent the wrong size and told me they could exchange it but WE had to pay to ship it back to China, even if we didn't make any mistakes. I find this to be bad and u fair customer service because they made the mistake but we literally have to pay more for their mistake. That is a no in my book. We will give it to someone who can fit the incorrect size they sent us and we will never buy from Musabela USA ever again.

Sneaker ordeal

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers for my husband and I. October, 2024. I was given the tracking number and was able to see when they were to be delivered. I received within the timeframe stated on website. Wrong size so had to start the replacement process. The replacement order was received; however, same women’s size and no men’s sneaker at all. Contacted them again. They told me they will redo the order. Upon follow up, they told me they were shipped. I have not received them. I have asked a few times for the replacement tracking number. They continue to give me the original tracking number and that the order was received. I spent $100.00 for 2 pairs of sneakers that we cannot wear.

I ordered the shoes after seeing an advertisement on Facebook with great reviews. A few minutes later I read some other reviews that were horrible. I emailed customer service immediately to cancel the order. I was told I would have to wait till it was delivered and return it. I had no idea that I was going to be charged $40 for shipping to return this. It took over three weeks to get the shoes. There is no way of knowing the shoes are shipped from China. I will make sure this is well documented on social media. People need to know what they’re getting into. This is very bad customer service.

I bought these shoes based on social media reviews from nurses who stand all day. I am not sure what they bought but they weren't these. They took FOREVER to get here from China. Had I known that I wouldn't have even spent the money as I know how that ends up if you don't like them AND it did. They are not comfortable but of course, it will cost me more to ship them back to China so they will be donated. DO NOT BUY THESE. They are a social media gimmick and not real reviews. Let me be the idiot who fell for it so you don't have to.

Don't Waste Your Time

Products ship directly from China - took over 3 weeks. Once received, the shoes were the wrong size and the socks were all different sizes. I took photos and sent to customer service and asked for a full refund, I cannot use this product, I will just donate them. They keep telling me I have to pay to ship them back and they can only offer 20% refund and a discount on my next purchase. I told them I would send them back but they have to pay for shipping. 18 emails later and still no solution. Not giving up.

Delivery Sérvice

So I purchased his shoes why was in Florida, specifically for power walking. I paid extra for speedy delivery. It has been over 2 weeks and I still have not received them. I have been in contact with them on a daily basis and still no results. First off I did not know and should have probably researched it better that they were being shipped from China. I definitely would not order from this company. Heading home, without My sneakers.

Scam do not trust

I ordered shoes several weeks ago. I was told they would be here yesterday. They keep sending me an email with an update showing my package still in transit. They send me the same system generated response to my emails about where my product is. I’ve now disputed it with my bank, this is a scam website do not order from them.

Wrong size shipped

I ordered 7.5 2E but was shipped a regular 7.5. To get a refund, I have to pay almost $10.00 and return shipping to China. Lesson learned, go to web and read reviews first. Ignore the reviews on website. Not the same as what is online.

Do not buy this junk

I have never had a worse online buying experience. Shoes are cheap China trash! Took a month to get. When they finally arrived the size is wrong. There is no customer service. I'm seeking a refund through credit card company.

Musabela is a scam

Musabela uses a USA address to atract you but they are in China. They sent the wrong size shoes and expected for me to pay return shipping to China. I highly recommend for nobody to buy from them.

Terrible shoes

Cheap construction and will not fit your foot. Don't try and return them otherwise it will cost you big $$ to send them back to China. Even then they will deny ever receiving them. STAY AWAY!

Never even got my shoes. No customer service to call . Don't order from them. They are scam artist.
