Metro Pins is the only place we trust for our club orders. We work with students in grades 4-6 and I can send them a drawing made by the kids, and they always turn it into a great design. They are very easy to deal with. Everyone has ALWAYS been friendly and ready to help. I highly recommend this company!

Metro Pins quickly responded to my request for a quote and were helpful throughout the design and ordering of the pins. We ordered them about 5 weeks in advance and they arrived 3 days early, which was wonderful. For the design, I sent a logo and our team colors, and they returned with a great design.

The communication was really good

The communication was really good throughout the whole process to get a design I wanted. However, when I got the product, I wasn’t happy with what I got. I contacted the person I was in touch with, and she gave me a rude reply and wouldn’t do anything to solve the issue. She basically just said it’s what I ordered.

Working with Greg and his team was an absolute pleasure. They really listened to all our design ideas, even the ones that changed halfway through, and somehow managed to create something our boys absolutely adored. It felt like they genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the final product. And the speed? Wow, they got those pins to us much faster than we expected. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and it's pretty rare to find that these days. No doubt about it, we'll definitely be reaching out to them again for our next project. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team that truly delivers on their promises.
