    This company's sheer incompetence is staggering. My recent payslip debacle is a testament to their ineptitude. The so-called "support" team mindlessly spouts empty phrases, lacking any grasp of payroll intricacies. Their feeble attempts to clarify tax deductions fall flat, and the audacious promise of rectification a month later adds insult to injury. Remote.com has turned my work experience into a relentless nightmare, courtesy of these bumbling individuals. Steer clear of this unprofessional excuse for a company to spare yourself the frustration and disappointment.

    From onboarding to my first payday, everything was handled very professional. The platform is very easy to use and navigate. Today I had a small calculation omission on my first payslip, so I reached out to support. Jaime Duran has been incredibly polite and helpful and resolved my issue literally within minutes. It appears that the service prioritizes collecting fees over resolving client issues, functioning more as indifferent brokers. This experience has been deeply unsatisfactory, leaving clients unsupported, agitated, and questioning the competence and commitment of the service provider. A serious reassessment of their practices and client engagement is warranted.

    My experience with remote.com has

    My experience with remote.com has been disappointing. I've been requesting form T220 for a month without any assistance. The customer service is unresponsive, and there's no reliable way to contact them. It's the company's responsibility to provide employees with the necessary tax forms, but they consistently fail to do so. The excuse of a technical glitch has persisted for over a month. I strongly advise avoiding this company.
