    Mailerlite, once a standout Lithuanian

Mailerlite, once a standout Lithuanian startup, lost its charm after being acquired by a corporation. The software update excluded legacy customers unless they paid a hefty fee, offering minimal enhancements. The A/B testing feature proved unreliable with no clear resolution. The escalating costs make alternative options like hosting a CRM such as fluentCRM and using an email API more economical. Sadly, the company's current trajectory has eroded its once-reliable recommendation.

The customer service is good. However, I'm still struggling with what I lost on the free program when I switched to the new MailerLite.

I'm moving away from this service soon. The customer support used to be good, but now it’s impossible to reach them. I can't access my account – they switched to a new system, and now it's like navigating a maze to find the right login. Why not just create a single, easy login?

Our experience with MailerLite, as a German non-profit in the renewable energy sector, has been severely disappointing. Amid a critical campaign, our account was abruptly suspended without clear details on the alleged violations. The remote nature of MailerLite made communication challenging, and their compliance department's vague queries prolonged the resolution process. Despite our year-long association and significant fees, MailerLite exhibited a lack of interest in addressing our concerns. Additionally, the absence of direct notifications regarding changes in email guidelines, coupled with a decline in service quality post-incorporation in Delaware, has made MailerLite's overall performance unsatisfactory. The subpar interface and user experience only add to our discontent.

Our experience with MailerLite was disappointing

Our experience with MailerLite was disappointing. Despite our initial efficiency in sending Christmas greetings and office closing hours to customers, we encountered issues with invalid email addresses leading to bounced emails. Surprisingly, MailerLite promptly canceled our account in the afternoon, citing an exceeded threshold for bounced emails, and refused a refund. While the amount involved wasn't substantial ($60+ for a month's subscription), the abrupt termination of our account and the denial of a refund left us dissatisfied. This experience raises concerns about MailerLite's customer service and flexibility, making it challenging to recommend their services.

I recently tried this service, but encountered a distressing issue. After uploading my subscribers, the company abruptly locked my account, leaving me without access to my contacts. Attempts to reach them proved futile, and I received no assistance in retrieving the lost data. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, highlighting the unprofessionalism of the company. I strongly caution against using their services, as the risk of losing valuable contacts is a major concern. Proceed with caution and explore alternatives to avoid potential data loss frustrations.

MailerLite's transition from Classic to the New MailerLite was a complete mess. The migration process caused significant stress, prompting me to stick with Classic and upgrade to a paid account. However, despite paying, my account was never acknowledged as a paid one. Contacting them was a challenging task, and it took three days for them to respond, denying my paid status. With a deadline passed, they closed my account, showcasing arrogance and indifference. I've secured my subscriber list and am actively seeking a more reliable email provider.

I believe the company's conduct is questionable

I believe the company's conduct is questionable and appears unfair. Initially encouraging and persuasive, they later declined my application, displaying inconsistency. Comparing with Mailchimp, Mailerlite.com outperformed and highlighted the importance of customer service. Winning a substantial project recently, the company missed the chance to gain a new customer. Considering alternatives for a more professional platform due to this disappointing experience. Wishing them luck in addressing their shortcomings.

Mailerlite's recent deletion of data from

Mailerlite's recent deletion of data from the old version, "Mailerlite Classic," has been a significant setback. Losing access to 50 crucial emails and the subscriber list without prior notice is disheartening. While the transition to the new Mailerlite was anticipated, the unexpected loss of interface access raises concerns. The prospect of purchasing the new Mailerlite is now overshadowed by apprehension about potential data disappearance after years of dedicated work.

Formerly a MailerLite enthusiast, the recent forced migration has left me disappointed. The free version's downgrade, coupled with the absence of features and support for glitches, is frustrating. In the past, I could swiftly send emails; now, with the new version, it's taken me 8 hours to navigate. Considering these changes, my advice is to steer clear of MailerLite, and I'm contemplating a return to Mailchimp for a more reliable experience.

What a mess this time! The company revamped its site, leaving users to redo everything without proper guidance or support. It's frustrating to navigate through changes without clear explanations. As a non-tech-savvy customer, tackling numerous issues becomes a time-consuming struggle. Thanks, Mailerlite, but I'm moving on. Sadly, it seems like other platforms offer similar experiences.

    The company's service is disappointingly

The company's service is disappointingly sluggish, coupled with an unpleasant user interface. The customer support is a complete letdown. A glaring incident involved them sending an unauthorized email to 5000 people, resulting in complaints, yet no apology was extended. It might be suitable for the initial 1000 free subscribers, but beyond that, it's advisable to steer clear.
