    This review is specifically about Milena Rauti, our Customer Success Manager, whom I am pleased to rate highly. I would not give Access as a company five stars. Milena has managed our account for a few months now and has been very helpful in chasing up problems for us and providing good customer service. She always gets back to us quickly when handling any issues and does what she promises to do within a reasonable amount of time. These are the traits you want in a Customer Success Manager.
