Theme9.net Reviews

Simple install, tidy docs

Downloaded the theme zip, followed the short readme, and had a demo layout up in under 10 minutes. Options are well labeled, and the sample content made configuration painless.

Support solved css glitch

Opened a ticket about a header overlap. Got a fix snippet within a few hours plus a note about the next version. Professional and concise.

Finally, a theme that behaves

No mystery shortcodes, no CSS nightmares. I clicked, toggled, shipped the site. Lighthouse scores looked great. I almost missed the drama. Almost.

Easy install and setup

Download, upload, demo import worked first try. Docs were concise and the options panel was intuitive. Small learning curve for typography scales.

Bug squashed with care

Support acknowledged the issue, shipped a patch next release, and followed up. Precise and professional.

Launch day without panic

Clicked activate and the site just worked. No broken menus. I exhaled and texted the client a thumbs up. Sweet moment.

Bad after sales service

Bad after sales service. I purchased plugin and it's not even has 1 year update. Also these people ignore your message like you owe them something. If they want they can update in few minutes but they choose to ignore. I'm messaging for 6-7 days but no proper response. Even I messaged on support on website it says they will get back in within 24 hours but don't expect a reply in 24 hours.

I purchased a GeneratePress premium

I purchased a GeneratePress premium lifetime key license, but they required my WordPress login and still didn’t provide the premium key license. I also cancelled my order, but they won’t refund my money, claiming they don't offer refunds.

Very dissapointing experiance with this company

Very dissapointing experiance with this company, they just dont respond. I cant get why these people are even in business if they dont take care of their customers.

I recently bought the Rank Math Pro plugin from Theme9

I recently bought the Rank Math Pro plugin from Theme9, and I’m quite satisfied with the outcome. The price was very reasonable when compared to other sellers, which made it a solid choice. The plugin is working well, covering all my SEO requirements without any issues. In the end, Theme9 provides a great option that is both affordable and functional. Definitely a good pick for those seeking reliable, cost-effective SEO tools!

Don't buy, he is a scammer.

Don't buy, he is a scammer. He takes money and doesn’t deliver websites and plugins. I have filed a complaint already. If anyone has the same issue, reply here. This will help others avoid him.
