The company does a good job

The company does a good job of handling bid increases and allowing enough time for them. However, the cleaning policy isn't great - finding dead rats, drugs, and syringes is not pleasant. Also, someone staged a locker, which could've been prevented.

Good company, good people. I had a very pleasant experience! 😊 The staff were all nice and supportive. It’s nice to see such helpful customer service. I’m happy with my visit and will come again for sure. I’d recommend them if you get the chance!

This was actually my 1st time and this site had simple functions and Prime Storage made this experience pretty fun and rewarding.

This company/site has definitely met expectations. It's easy to use and find your way around. The information on facilities, policies, and rules is thorough. There's usually a good selection of nearby auctions. It would be better if there were more pictures, or clearer ones, of the facilities. Overall, it's a good site, straightforward, and quite helpful.

I really like Storage Treasures! My only problem is with some of the payment conditions. I had to drive 30 minutes from the storage unit I won to pay for it in person. This could have been done online,

The company's service was disappointing. The unit I purchased was in terrible condition with a filthy toilet seat and dirty needles scattered around. Almost everything was broken or unclean. Although the price was low, the amount of effort needed to clean and repair everything will likely put me at a loss. It feels like a risky gamble. Overall, I'd rate it 3/5.

The website may seem functional

The website may seem functional, but it was not fully utilized due to the inability to contact the seller after winning. The fact that I had to wait until the end of the day after clean out time, effectively monopolizing 2 days for no reason, shows a lack of consideration for the customer's time.

I was drawn in by the promising pictures on their website, but upon seeing my unit in person, it was evident that it had been rummaged through. Not only was my property likely stolen, but the unit was also left in a mess with a pile of unwanted items. I expressed my frustration to an employee, and while they did refund my money, the damage had already been done.

The agent I spoke with informed

The agent I spoke with informed me that once I paid the deposit of $1500, it would be deducted from the balance. However, this turned out to be untrue. The deposit was merely a charge for me to clean the storage, and I still had to pay more for the storage than I initially thought.
