I received the yarn I ordered and I’m happy with both the colors and the quality

I received the yarn I ordered and I’m happy with both the colors and the quality, but the shipping took FOREVER. I made my order on Jan 4, and it wasn’t until the 9th that I got an email saying there was a delay due to high order volume. I was glad to get some notice, but then I had to wait another 8 days with no updates at all, and finally on the 17th I got the shipping confirmation. At that point, the delay wasn’t the company’s fault, but just because of weather. Still, it took two weeks from order to shipment! Why not fulfill my order sooner? They said it was because of high order volume but they kept running sales, which probably just kept adding to the order count. I wasn’t happy with the shipping time and I’ll probably just shop in stores or try a different place next time.

LION Brand Wool EASE Aire is a terrible yarn.

LION Brand Wool EASE Aire is a terrible yarn. It's like one or two threads with fuzz around it. The fuzz comes off while you knit, sticks together, and you can't fix mistakes easily. One skein had long sections with no fuzz and a large part with the fuzz just hanging loose, not even wound properly—completely unusable. I tried to get in touch with them, created a ticket, but all I got was an email saying they're busy. I will never buy from Lion Brand again. I also posted this on fa ebook.

I like revisiting the styles my mom and grandma used.

I like revisiting the styles my mom and grandma used. It’s a nice way to look back. These patterns have less guidance. They seem to expect that you know a bit about knitting and crocheting and can work on your own. Before the internet, this knowlege was shared between friends and family. I'm happy with the book, but I’d suggest to anyone wanting to make these garments that most of the patterns are meant for crocheters, not knitters.

Perfect Yarn for Cozy, Durable Sweaters

I gotta say, this yarn is just amazing. I've whipped up a bunch of sweaters for me and the fam, and let me tell ya, it's a dream to work with. Super soft while I'm knitting, and it stays that way when we're wearing it. And the best part? Toss it in the washer and dryer, and it comes out looking brand new every time. This is a big deal for me since I make a ton of stuff for the little ones.

Affordable Quality Yarn, Fast International Shipping

Wow, this yarn is something else. Every piece I've gotten so far has blown me away. Thought it would cost more, but turns out it's pretty affordable. And the international shipping? Totally fair. Can't wait to make another order, honestly.

    So, here's what happened with

So, here's what happened with my experience buying from this company. It all started when I picked up a couple of their "kits" from the store, thinking it was a great deal since the description said they came with videos. Well, that was a big fat lie. There were absolutely no videos, and to top it off, I later found out the patterns are free on their website. So, I basically ended up paying $121 for 8 skeins of yarn. What a rip-off. When I tried to return the kits, things got even worse. They wouldn't send me a return label and it took me several emails just to get the return address. I included the original invoice and a note in the return package, but now they're claiming I needed to include their specific return slip. Seriously? Their customer service has been horrendous. Unapologetic, unhelpful, and just plain rude. I can't even leave a review on their website because it keeps saying I need to purchase the listing first. How convenient for them. I'm really frustrated and feel totally deceived. I saw later that 59% of reviews on Trustpilot are bad, and now I understand why. Their website is so misleading. I've sent back the return, but I have a feeling I'll have to get in touch with Citi Bank to get my money back if they refuse to process the refund. Just a terrible experience all around.
