The selection is huge, the art exceptional, the printing materials are great, orders arrive well packaged and in a timely manner EVERY time. Prices are absolutely nothing to complain about either.

Enjoyed site and all options. Had issues with search field. Not easy to mix multiple search. Also, had problems with returns and not all transaction info saved. Got a framed print we really like.

I haven't been able to log into my account for a few weeks now. I reached out to the Technical Team as they asked, but I haven’t gotten any reply. Now, I want to delete the artworks I uploaded to Fine Art America, but I can't do it because I no longer have access.

Appalling customer service experience

Appalling customer service experience. Initially, I ordered a print of my beloved dog, who passed away in 2015. The print, created by a local artist, was available on Fine Art America. After waiting for three weeks, I reached out to inquire about my order. Shockingly, their response was that the frame I had chosen wasn't in stock. Notably, they failed to notify me of this issue and retained my money throughout. Upon requesting a refund, I did receive one, but to my dismay, it was for the incorrect amount. Despite my multiple attempts to rectify the situation by providing screenshots of the discrepancy in the refund to my bank account, they adamantly refused to reimburse the correct amount. Frustrated and unsatisfied, I took the matter to the BBB. This has been a truly horrible experience.
