I purchased a pair of sizable canvases from this company, each measuring 7’x9’. Despite the significant investment, the items arrived in a damaged condition, with noticeable tears, rendering them unusable. Upon reaching out to the company via email, they promptly arranged for the replacement of the damaged canvases and swiftly dispatched two brand new ones to me. I appreciated the prompt resolution of the issue, even though it stemmed from the shipping process and was not the company's fault. The quality of the canvases is impressive, and the customer service proved to be efficient. Considering this positive experience, I've decided to exclusively patronize this company for my future canvas needs.

Excellent quality canvases with a solid build. I usually stretch my own canvases (have done it for 30+ years) since I'm not happy with pre-stretched options, even from trusted art supply shops. These canvases were tight, even, and strong, with sturdy stretcher bars and corner support, plus a good heavy canvas. They were primed and ready for painting as soon as they arrived. The crating wood was also high-quality, clear lumber that I can use again if I need to stretch canvases in the future.

Pretty fast service. The boxes for shipping were a bit weak, and edges slightly dirty, but fixable with gesso. Would suggest adding another coat of gesso. Generally, quite happy with the product.

While the product itself is of decent

While the product itself is of decent quality, my experience with the company has been less than satisfactory. Despite ordering a 48x54x2" wood panel, I received a 6x54x2" instead. It appears there was a glitch in the ordering process, and unfortunately, I only noticed the error after it was too late. This oversight not only led to a missed opportunity to take advantage of the 2 for 1 sale but also resulted in receiving two panels in a size that is completely unusable for my needs.

Ordered a $1500 Canvas, but it never reached me; it was mistakenly sent to another state. Attempts to resolve the issue with the company proved unhelpful. My experience has been disappointing, and I strongly advise against making a purchase from them. Beware, as the risk of not receiving your order seems high. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
