Purchasing from Plushshop takes some time

Purchasing from Plushshop takes some time, but it was totally worth it since the two plushies I got made me want even more. The customer service is nice, and although it took more than 24 hours for them to reply to me through the chat, they really understood my questions and made me feel relaxed.

I finally got Dabimeow in my hands

I finally got Dabimeow in my hands and he's super soft! He even has a tiny fang, so adorable♡ The two month wait was really worth it because he's just right, I adore him so much♡ Thank you Plushshop, now I have something fresh for my Dabi merhc collection!

I have purchased 4 plush toys so far and I do not regret any of them. They are soft and really well crafted! They are also adorable! I will surely buy more in the futrue and I highly suggest this site if you like anime or enjoy genshin impact!

The plush is really good quality! 5 stars for sure! Customer service was quick and helpful, also 5 stars! However, I need to take one star off because the tracking information wasn’t clear. It made tracking the package quite stressful. Other than that, everything went fine. It arrived in about a week and a few days, under 2 weeks! I would suggest improving tracking and delivery options.

I was excited to try

I was excited to try out this company again after my first great experience. But this time, things went a bit sideways. My order shipped nearly 20 days ago and I was eagerly waiting for it, but updates were super slow. I'd check the tracking site and see nothing, then suddenly I'd have updates from the past three days all at once. It's like the tracking site is stuck in the past or something. Four days later, I finally received my package. The product itself was in perfect condition and looked amazing, no issues there at all. But honestly, the whole tracking experience was a mess. It would take hours, sometimes even days, for any new information to show up. It was frustrating not knowing where my package was or when it might arrive. Also, I kept getting a bunch of emails asking me to rate a product I hadn't even received yet. Kinda annoying when you're already dealing with tracking issues and just want your stuff. It just felt like a lot of unnecessary hassle. So, while I'm happy with what I got in the end, the process to get there was pretty rough. I really hope they fix their tracking system and maybe chill with the emails a bit. That would make the whole experience way better.

So, I got myself this Fizzarolli plushie the other day. Let’s just say, it’s a bit of a mixed bag. First off, it’s super cute, like really adorable. I mean, who wouldn’t want a tiny version of their favorite character sitting on their shelf? But here’s the kicker: it’s not exactly what I’d call high quality. For the price, I expected a bit more. The stitching on the face looks kinda broken or unfinished, which is a bit of a bummer. It’s nothing major, doesn’t affect how it works or anything, but still, it’s noticeable if you look closely. There are also these tiny plastic bits hanging from some of the seams. Again, not a huge deal, but it’s the sort of thing you’d expect to be fixed if you’re paying top dollar. It’s purely a cosmetic thing, but still, it’s there. On the plus side, it arrived pretty quickly, so props for that. If you’re a big fan of the character and just have to have it, then maybe it’s worth it. But honestly, I’d suggest waiting for a sale or looking for a discount. In the end, if you’re all about the aesthetics and can overlook a few flaws, go for it. Just don’t set your expectations too high.
