The company was really quick with my order and the delivery was fast. They kept me updated all the way, even after I got my stuff. The glasses are great! They're better than I thought they'd be. I use them for painting tiny figures and they help me get details I couldn't do otherwise. Wearing them is comfy, especially with the headband. They fit over my glasses fine. I got the spray gun some time back, and it had a battery charging issue later on. Luckily, Neat and Handy sorted it out. The spray gun is great for modeling, covering big spaces for buildings, and fine details on trains and such. It's much simpler to handle compared to setting up a compressor, so I use the spray gun more often now.

I have been searching for this for some time since I do a lot of electronics and soldering. Really great. Pick the zoom level, and with a strong light, it helps a lot. Definetely a great choice for small tasks and soldering!

Horrible customer service

Company refused to work even though package was delivered to wrong address. Stated since address was wrong on my behalf they delivered. BUT they delivered to a house NOT on address label...pictures they provided was proof it was NOT the address. People who live at house did not receive package cause it was dumped on lawn (as this company provided in pictures to say WAS delivered) mistakes were made on both ends but since they felt since they delivered oh well....if anything address does NOT exist that's NO reason to just dump on any lawn!! Should have been sent back to sender and from there other actions could've been taken. Cant review product since I never was able to FIND....but customer service for this company S****S!!

I've been content with it since I bought it nine months ago. However, lately, there's an issue with the power switch. Two days back, it wouldn't power up at all. Yesterday, it started up, but I had to press the button a bit differently. Today, it took more than 20 pushes before it finally started. I'm concerned it's just a matter of time until it won't start at all.
