They had to contact another person sometimes to get more info, but they did it right away. This kind of service makes me trust a company and its product. 2. The communication about the auction bid paddles' shipment was on time and accurate. 3. The product's quality was great, just as described on the website and by Diana/Diane and Kristine/Kristina. 4. The auction bid paddles were packed nicely, and they came in perfect shape and on time. 5. However, I knew that... if I had a problem... it would be completely resolved. 6. I am grateful everything went so smoothly.

Hodges Badge is really good

Hodges Badge is really good at getting back to you quickly and being very professional. I've been working with Diane there for a long time, and she's always done a great job handling my orders for Triangle Farms Horseshows ribbons and awards. However, my only gripe is with the ribbon colors. Unfortunately, they didn't match my expectations based on the computer screen. The navy appears almost black, and the hot tomato turned out more like neon orange than coral. Overall, decent service with a minor hiccup in color accuracy.
