I’ve been a member for a few months now

I’ve been a member for a few months now, and I’ve enjoyed getting these boxes. The products I’ve received so far have all been useful and of good quality for different needs. I opted for the higher-tier boxes to expand my collection, and I haven’t been dissapointed. I also spend a lot of time on the Battl Vault, browsing items I’ve wanted and a couple I’ve bought. The community on social media is great too—very helpful and full of useful info. It’s made me more motivated to get outdoors and have some fun. I really like the banter, tips, and the competitive vibe!

Navigating the subscription process

Navigating the subscription process was confusing; we expected Mission 108 but received 105 without a choice. Communicating with Ian for a resolution was challenging. Despite website glitches, we appreciate the products, videos, and community. The UI needs improvement to prevent such issues. Though hesitant due to past difficulties, the experience was eventually rectified. While the customer service was contentious, the final resolution and product quality maintained a balanced rating of 3 stars for us. There's potential for improvement with a smoother ordering process and better communication channels.
