I just finished a tough Brain Tree Puzzle.

I just finished a tough Brain Tree Puzzle. What I liked most was how the pieces and edges were clear and fit together well. The colors were vibrant, and the finished puzzle looked great. Some features I haven't seen in other puzzles were the large poster of the completed image and a bag that seals for storing the pieces after you finish and take the puzzle apart. I'll happily buy another Brain Tree puzzle.

The product was fine but not too simple. The bright colors helped to see where each piece should go. The pieces fit snugly which made it easy to work on a part and then move it. Overall, this product was a good buy.

I really enjoy the parallel world puzzle!!! It was very fun and a bit tricky. I’m a big fan of puzzles and usually finish a 1000 pc in around 7 hours. This one took me almost 10! So much fun

I really loved doing the jigsaw. I've finished 2 already. It would be nice if you had some automobile themes as well. Serious Puzzles Company has so many themes.

My interaction with Brain Tree Games turned out positively once I managed to establish communication with them via email. Attempting the chat feature proved unresponsive on multiple occasions, and the form for requesting a replacement puzzle rejected my zip code. However, upon resorting to email communication, I did receive a timely response and ultimately obtained a replacement puzzle, albeit with one missing piece. Despite this hiccup, my husband and I find pleasure in Brain Tree puzzles due to their piece durability and appealing imagery. In fact, our satisfaction led us to purchase two additional Brain Tree puzzles. Appreciation extends for the assistance provided throughout the process.

Hello, I'm from India. I bought Vibrant Tiles puzzle. I really liked the poster and its quality more than the puzzle itself. The puzzle pieces are cut in a unique roundish style, which I haven't seen before. The colors are great. But, on Amazon India, they said you'd get 4 sorting trays (I got only 2). Apart from that, I'm very happy with the puzzle.

The puzzle was nicely made, but I didn't like the image. It was hard to see online that the colors were so faded. Everything appeared boring and not vibrant. It made it really difficult to do the puzzle. I ended up stopping before it was done. So, a high quality puzzel, but I didn't like the image.

We got the 1000 pice puzzle an My 8 year old iz into this most of the time and he spends a lot of time trying to sort put the puzzle.

Wow, these puzzles are so pretty, I was amazed by how good they are. Came fast and packed nicely. Will get more from them.

I won’t be using this company anymore. I placed an order on 10/8, and it hasn’t shipped yet. I’ve sent two emails but got no reply, left a voice message, and called again without anyone answering or getting back to me. I even tried their website chat for two days, but no one answered me or gave any updates on my order's shipping. I waited nearly 30 minutes in the chat, and still no one came. Poor service overall. It’s best to shop on Amazon for a puzzle instead.

I got told my stuff would show up in 3 days. I bought it, and they told me to use a QR code to see where it's at. I don't like QR codes. Now it's been 9 days, and they finally tell me my order is coming.
