Received the incorrect Hammock initially. It was a bit challenging to connect with someone for assistance in sorting out the correct one. However, Besr Butt eventually addressed the issue and apologized for the oversight. They allowed me to keep the mistakenly received hammock, which was a positive aspect. The service provided was satisfactory.
