Reddit is filled with stories of Horrormerch/Shadow Graphics taking advantage of people. Do your homework, everyone! If you stop cheating people, you won't be flooded with BBB complaints. It's a clever move to have a PO Box, making it difficult for people to seek refunds in person. You guys are not doing well.
