I bought a $1k Figaro chain from West Allis. Talked to someone in jewelry, they checked the length and clasp, even ran it through their fingers to make sure no fixes were done before. I asked how to return it if needed, and they said I could just bring it to the nearest Pawn America, which made me feel good. About 2 weeks later I got another chain online, this time from the St Cloud store. The jewelry worker there didn’t seem to know as much. I had to tell them how to look for bends. Asked about return info, they said I have to take it back to their store, and for mailing it back I’d have to call the 952 number first. That felt a bit odd. I’ve bought from Anoka and also the Fridley store too. Both times were okay, but the woman at the Fridley place was amzing!
