These tablecloths are a bit pricier than disposable ones, but they look way better and are more eco-friendly. After using them a few times, I realize they're a good investment.

I purchased these table linens and found them to be a good value for the price. However, I made a mistake in not checking the table depth before ordering. The linens were labeled as "standard," but it turns out they are designed for tables with a depth of 30 inches, while my table is only 24 inches deep. The company's return policy is clear about the 20% restocking fee, but what caught me off guard was the additional cost of return shipping. When I factored in the return shipping fee based on my location, it nearly equaled the cost of the six tablecloths I had ordered. So, my advice to potential buyers is to make sure you know the depth of your table and carefully consider the return costs, which include both the restocking fee and shipping label fee based on your location. It's an extra expense that caught me by surprise.

I am extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with this order. While I've received items in previous orders that weren't the best, this one is the worst I've ever experienced from any company. The items are poorly sewn, with one not fully sewn, different sizes for sashes, and different materials for runners. The workmanship looks like it was done by a child just learning to sew.

I requested an exchange

I requested an exchange and did not receive it. I understand they mentioned that the sale was final, and I wasn't aware of that. However, I didn't even get a percentage off towards a future order. This is my first time shopping with you guys, so I went back to Tablecloth and had a great experience.
