Delivery of items ordered from RedFirst was delayed by USPS
Delivery of items ordered from RedFirst was delayed by USPS during the busy holiday season in November and December. I reached out to RedFirst to let them know that the order never showed up. They replied saying they would look into it. Time passed, and I still hadn't received the order. I contacted RedFirst again to ask for a credit to my card, which they promptly processed. Then, about three and a half months later, the package finally arrived through USPS! Clearly, USPS was the main issue here. As an honest customer, I informed RedFirst that the merchandise had arrived. I asked them to put the charge back on my credit card. However, RedFirst responded that they could not fulfill this request. They kindly told me to keep the merchandise as a gift and expressed that they hoped to continue working with me in the future. I will absolutely continue doing business with them! RedFirst shows great customer service and dependability!!!
