Most of the steps for getting married were easy to follow and pretty clear. Prices were open and easy to understand too. The tools they use worked fine and we didn’t have problms connecting, even when we added our witnesses. Our officiant was friendly and helped keep things calm and simple on the wedding day. The best part is how easy it is to do everything online. One small suprise was having to go through the State to get our marriage certificate, but it only took around 36 hours from beginning to end. They also gave us a video of the wedding, which was a cool extra. We had a bit of trouble downloading it, maybe because of our internet, but courtly helped us get it in the end.

There was a small problem on the day of the event but thanks to their 'help and support' on the website, we got in touch with Samantha who arranged for a different officiant since our original one couldn’t join the call for some reason. Everything happened quickly and she replied fast. It helped calm our nerves a lot. I would strongly suggest Courtly to anyone wanting to get married easily, especially for the LGBTQ+ community in countries where same-sex marriage isn’t legal. So happy we found Courtly and let them manage our marriage.

Getting married online can be really hard, especially when we don’t know the steps well, but luckily, we found Courtly. From the start, they were very friendly and ready to help. Every time we had a question, they answered us simply, and we could follow the steps easily. They also helped make our experience more calm and special. Our Officiant, Ms. Kim Moss, was very kind and supportive even before the ceremony began. We feel lucky to have found Courtly and made our wedding (hybrid set-up) special in a good way.

The only thing that took a bit longer was receiving the marriage certificate.

The customer service was quick and really friendly, and Barbara, our officiant, translated the ceremony into Spanish so my husband's family could feel part of the moment. It felt like everyone was right there with us. We had the chance to celebrate our wedding at our family home in Lake Como, and it was absolutely stunning.
