I’m very happy with my 20oz tumbler! The design is bright and exactly what I wanted. I was pleased to find the print of me and my 8 siblings on both sides of the cup! Great job! Now all my siblings want one too!

I’m happy with the 4 ornaments

I’m happy with the 4 ornaments I ordered for my kids. The design and ordering process were simple enough. They arrived quickly and well packaged to prevent any damage. I placed another order, but it’s been over 3 weeks now, and I still haven’t received it. I needed them for Christmas, so I’m a bit disappointed with the delay.

I really like these hanging ornaments; they turned out nicer than I thought. I saw that although I asked for 4 ornaments, I only got one bag. Since the bag is a lovely detail for giving gifts and I ordered 4, I feel like I should have received 4 bags. Did I skip something in the order?

My recent experience with this company was mixed. The first two times were good. I customized mugs for my sisters and a t-shirt for dad. The third time, I ordered mugs for my family. The quality was excellent, but the delivery took too long—about a month and a half, unlike the quick delivery of my previous orders.

I like these BUT I didn’t remember that

I like these BUT I didn’t remember that everyone wears glasses! I’m not sure if you all provided a chance to add glasses. Also, the only drink choices appeared to be alcoholic. Two of my friends don’t drink. I picked the glasses that seemed to have tea in them.

I really like the ornament; it's very sweet. The only issue is that I ordered 3 ornaments to give to a friend, but I only got one small white bag. It would be better if there was one bag for each ornament since they are gifts! Also, the hair colors on the ornaments are not quite the same as shown online. But, in general, I'm satisfied with the order.
