I just made my first purchase from this website, and even though my first package got stolen after it arrived, the whole process ended up really good because of their great customer support. I contacted them, and Dancy was super nice and fast—she quickly sent me a replacement. I got the dress now, and it fits really well—I totally love it! The quality is very good, and the site has a lovely choice of dresses for any event. I definitely suggest giving them a try!

I didn't know about likemychoice until I found it by accident, and I have to say, I really like the variety of their clothes online! I ordered a dress for a wedding, and the quality is really good. It took much more time than I thought, and the delivery service was hard to reach. I had problems finding out where my package was and setting up the delivery. I like the product, but the shipping part must get better.

I cannot express how disappointed I am with Like My Choice. I ordered four dresses for a wedding—same style, two different colours and sizes. I only intended to keep one or maybe two if I really liked them. I paid £15 for expedited delivery, which was guaranteed to arrive on time. Well, the parcel arrived after the wedding! I spent over £300 on these dresses, and to make matters worse, the quality is absolutely horrendous—like bin bags. They’re poorly made, look nothing like the pictures and are completely unwearable. I tried to return them, but according to their “returns policy,” they flat-out refused, even though the order was clearly late and faulty. I wrote a review expressing my frustration and instead of offering proper compensation, they tried to bribe me to remove it, offering £10, then £12, and finally £25. I told them I expected a much more reasonable refund (at least 75% of my order), but they still didn’t budge. This company is a total scam. They take your money, deliver late, sell terrible quality products and then refuse to do the right thing when things go wrong. DO NOT waste your time or money on them. Absolute SCAM!

I bought a dress from this company and felt let down when it showed up more than 10 days late. The dress looked badly made and had low-cost detals that didn’t match what was shown online. I get that buying things on the internet can be tricky, so I asked for my money back. After sending lots of emails, they said I can only get a refund if the item is damaged. That doesn’t match the rights I have as a buyer who didn’t get to check the product first. I’m still waiting for them to reply and sort this out.

When it finally came, it was all messed up and wrinkled – nothing like the picture. Most of the gold trim was torn. They REFUSED to give me a refund, saying it’s against their rules even though they made me send pictures that they never looked at. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY total rip-offs.

Poor quality

I received wrong items, they fit poorly, they are cheaply made. They also take 1 month to arrive, so be prepared for that. The customer service is terrible. Their return policy is terrible, so be sure you have the correct size as that will not be something you can undo. Their sizes are ALL OVER. I bought several things, the shorts all fit differently - some too big, some much too small. Loose threads, cheap fabric. Avoid.

The poorest quality of clothing possible

Only half the order arrived. It arrived in a crumpled up package that was previously opened. Half the items were not delivered. The items that were delivered were so poorly made, and with the cheapest fabric possible. They refuse to give me a refund even though it was well within the 14 day window. That's why they refuse refunds because they know the quality is so poor and that's the only way to stay in business.

SCAM

They will not give me my money back, the dress looks nothing like the picture, it looks like it was worn and washed, they are saying I did it, I did not when I try to call their number, it is showing up on my phone a "potential spam". WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I am really upset with the service.

My order hasn’t shown up yet, even after I paid £15 for faster delivery. They took more than £70 from my bank, but I still didn’t get my package. I’ve sent many emails, the last one asking for a refund, but Likemychoice hasn’t replied at all.
