I’ve probably bought over 10 lift down hats

I’ve probably bought over 10 lift down hats (maybe even more) over the years. The colors are bright and stay that way even after washing them a few times. The service is good, and if you ever need help, the customer support is quick to reply. I really like them.

They've truly mastered the dad cap, especially when it comes to the color range, sizing choices, and overall cap design. The XL size is just right–larger but still holds the same look and feel as the regular size–which is hard to come by!

Good products, but the delivery takes too long. My first order got lost, and I know these things can happen. The replacement order arrived much later than expected. I contacted the company, and their reply was fast and friendly. They just need to improve their order handling and shipping speed.

I bought 3 different colours and depending on the shade, it makes the crown shape look more strange. Product and price 5 out of 10

The cap was disappointing for the price.

The cap was disappointing for the price. Although it’s cotton, the material feels very thin and weak. The stitching was bad too: the adjustable strap was roughly sewn in, with some loose threads showing. Overall, it seemed more like a freebie you’d get at a promo, not something I actually paid money for. I thought about sending it back, but since it was an international purchase and the company doesn’t offer return labels, the return wasn’t worth the expense. On the bright side, their customer support was quick to reply and friendly. In the end, I gave the cap away and decided to remember “buyer beware.” 🤷‍♂️

Not the advertised quality

The hats are made in China. The bills of these baseball caps were uneven and asymmetrical. Very disappointing.
