We faced various issues with our lift selection, but Lifeway Mobility, along with the techs, particularly Jose and Joe, showed great determination in troubleshooting and fixing our array of problems. I'm glad to report that everything is functioning properly now. Kirsten also played a helpful role by organizing and scheduling appointments promptly.

Colin and the other Lifeway

Colin and the other Lifeway service personnel have been great. My complaint is with the quality of the Handicar chairlift. Compared to my other chairlift, a Bruno, there is little comparison, and I wish that I had also purchased a Bruno unit for that area. Lifeway has had service personnel at my house on three occasions during a one-month time to service the Handicar unit. My overall experience is four stars because Lifeway probably did the best they could with the Handicar; otherwise, my rating would have been one star.

I received a quote for two

I received a quote for two different products, and the quotes have two different company names and logos. The same salesman's name is on both, along with his cell number. That seems shady, and I will buy elsewhere.

Everyone at Lifeway Mobility was professional and cordial, from the salesperson to the technicians. They were timely with their installation from the time of purchase. The salesman responded within a day with a visit for the configuration of my ramp. The installers went out of their way to make everything accessible for the ramp. Very high-quality materials are used. Would definitely recommend Lifeway Mobility for any of your accessibility needs.

Lifeway mobility was a really good company

Lifeway mobility was a really good company to work with, and David was very helpful, friendly, and knew a lot. He always answered quikly and explained everything well. He made getting and setting up a vertical wheelchair lift much easier. I would choose them again for sure. They did a nice job!

We're real happy with Lifeway Mobility. The whole process went well. Steve and D were a great team and we're pleased with our new chair lift. We think it'll help not just my dad but a few others who come over, and wouldn't be shocked if one or two want one for themselves eventually.

The company is amazing. Bill was so nice and helpful. He listened to our problems and gave good advice. We can't wait for the chair to be installed. We're really happy with the service so far.
