The selection overwhelming.

The selection overwhelming. I spent days looking for a neutral-colored runner with a white border, under $150. It seemed simple, but there were too many choices—fringes, tassels, different lengths, indoor, outdoor, washable… It was confusing. However, I did find one that was close enough, and at a good price! I bought a carpet (runner) two weeks ago but changed my mind the next day. Canceling the transaction was simple, and the staff member was very nice and helpful. Thanks!

I really like Rugs.com! Just after I decided to search for an outdoor rug for our patio, Google took me right to their site, and I quickly found a rug that fit perfectly with my decor style. My husband also liked the colors and design, so it’s already on its way and should arrive soon. I’d tell anyone looking for a rug or wanting to refresh their home to check out Rugs.com. Plus, the price was way less than what I expected to pay.

It was really easy to find what I was looking for. Big variety with absolutely great prices!! I found the big round rug before. This time I found the extra long runners to match. In three months I will buy the big matching rectangle rug. I am so excited to find all of these rugs that match and in prices I can afford!!! These are beautiful rugs with excellent quality. You just can't get any better than this!!!!

But here's the scoop: one of the carpets was supposed to be 1/2" thick, but nope, it's definitely not. The other one, though, is on point. Bit of a thickness mix-up, ya know? The cool part is, they're chill about returns, so it's a win-win. Even though one rug isn't as thick as advertised, we're keeping them – no returns here! Overall, pretty happy with the whole deal.

I bought 5 outdoor rugs with a Mulberry 5-year warranty. After just 3 years, all the rugs started fraying and falling apart. We only use them from May to September. Mulberry makes it really difficult to file a claim and get a resolution. Pay attention to their fine print—I got NOTHING.
