I ordered for my father-in-law's memorial service. He always said "one more for the record ad@" before leaving any gathering, so these were a great choice as a giveaway. The website was simple to use and made picking options easy. The quality of the product was really good, the imprint was clear, and it was packed securely. The items came a day late because of weather, but that couldn't be helped. I gave myself some extra time for situations like that, so they arrived in time for my event. I would certainly order from them again!

The lanyards looked really nice with a clean design and bright colors. Shipping was fast, and I got tracking info. The only problem was the comunication when I placed the order. There was a small issue with the logo I uploaded, but nobody told me about it. I only found out when I checked my account and saw the order was 'on hold' with no details. When I reached out, the support was very helpful, but if I hadn't checked myself, I wouldn’t have known. I would buy from Imprint again.

I'm very happy with Imprint's communication and design work! I've never had good service from an online company before, and it's usually hard to even get someone on the phone. But with Imprint, every time I called, a human answered, and the online "Ticket Process" moved my order along fast. Thank you to whoever is in charge and thank you to all of your employees for running and managing such a well establishment. We will definitely be ordering from Imprint again!
