My younger cousin, who’s read over 100 books with Headway, told me about it! I’m not usually a fan of audio learning, but hearing the books while reading on screen has made it much better and more fun for me. The app looks nice, is simple to navigate, and has many features that really help. I like the personality quizzes a lot—they suggest books that fit you well, which makes the app feel more special. All in all, Headway makes learning simple, interesting, and easy to fit into everyday life. I strongly suggest it for anyone who wants to learn in small, clever ways.

I liked that we can leave reviews after finishing a book, it helps me think more about what I’ve read and improves my critical reading skills. Critical reading is important for me because in nursing, everything can have mistakes, and spotting those mistakes is important.

I’m enjoying the app so far. The company quickly refunded the extra payment I made by mistake for the infographic option. Customer service was very easy to deal with and efficient. Overall, a great experience!

At first, I found it difficult to cancel the membership

At first, I found it difficult to cancel the membership I had apparently signed up for, as there was no option to do so via the app, which was quite annoying. But once I reached out to them by email, they quickly resolved the problem. I have to give them credit for their good customer support.

TOTAL SCAM!

They offered me 2 weeks free trial with a pop up notification, I have agreed and started to try. I was going to cancel it after trial had finished as I did not like the app so much. But they have charged me for a YEAR after a week. They are claiming now that they never offered 2 weeks trial, refusing to refund me. Im already having issues with my financial situation and their actions made the situation even worse! Even if Id like the app, id never agree to pay for the whole year!
