I recently started using CogniFit for

I recently started using CogniFit for a student struggling with dyscalculia, and I am really pleased with the results. When she first began, she had a lot of difficulty with basic math concepts, even with simple addition and subtraction. She was a high school junior at the time, and I knew I needed something more to support her. Now, she's earning B's in her math classes and is even taking an AP math course. Her future goal is to join the Air Force, and I'm proud of how hard she works. Although I continue to assist her, she's taken full responsibility for her progress and is now excelling in her studies. I'm so grateful for what CogniFit has done for my student. I've shared this program with many teachers, both in special education and regular classrooms. It’s one thing to identify problems, but it's truly a game-changer to offer tools that help the brain perform better. Thank you for your amazing work!

Navigating the different exercises is simple.

Navigating the different exercises is simple. The detailed overview of my brain and the specific games to boost improvement are great. It’s a valuable aid in my brain injury recovery, as my country lacks a rehab program. After using it for 2 months, I've started seeing progress. Just one downside: I occasionally play the games for too long, leading to headaches and low inhibition scores.

One of the reasons I didn't rate it higher initially

One of the reasons I didn't rate it higher initially is because Cognifit uses terms that are a bit unfamiliar to me. For example, they refer to what I know as a Sweet Potato as a Yam. After a few more sessions, I’m starting to get used to the words they use with the images on the screen. I’m starting to enjoy it!

It's a great concept to use the internet for cognitive training.

It's a great concept to use the internet for cognitive training. I was looking for something like this, and I'm glad I found it. I'm a doctor with knowledge in both pathology and neuroscience. Most of the games are enjoyable and engaging. However, a few of them aren't as good. It would be nice to rate them after trying more games. Some games have issues with responsiveness on my system, which can be annoying when I'm trying to focus. I really like how the platform provides detailed background on cognitive functions, their decline, and the neurological disorders behind it. Overall, it's a well-made platform. It's another example of how the internet can be used in a positive way.

I am very glad to have this tool for testing and help! With more than ten years of teaching kids with disabilities and offering educational support, I appreciate the useful data it offers. My students like the activities and I notice progress for each of them!
