    This was my first time ordering from this company because I needed refill filters for my Wonder Creature cat fountain. There were many other places I could get them online (though not directly from Wonder Creature that I could find), so I just took a chance. The order took a little longer to arrive, but that wasn’t Ibspot’s fault. I started to get a little nervous when it hadn’t shown up yet (mainly worried I’d been tricked, and second that it got lost or stolen). I sent an email and left a voicemail. The next day, a very polite person responded by email saying that it had been delivered a few days earlier. After checking, I found out my neighbor had it, and it had gotten a little wet from a storm. But everything inside was okay! I let the company know, and we had another nice chat after that. The rep seemed truly concerned about making sure I got my order in good shape, and that means a lot to me when it comes to customer service. I’d buy from them again.

    Hello, I recently ordered from IBSPOT on September 9th, 2024. I had trouble getting in contact with them, but eventually, I did get a response. It took a lot of effort writing reviews about this company. Today is September 30th, and I finally received a call from the person who was supposed to get the package. They have received it at last. So, with that being said, I would like to change my opinion to a good job done. But for future reference, me or anyone shouldn't have to deal with what I went through. When people order online, they expect to get their product when it was supposed to arrive. I understand there can be delays, but please don’t give people bogus answers. I got told two or three different things. So, I want to say sorry and thank you for delivering my package. However, I won't be ordering from this company again.     I have order a supplements that I needed to my trip and even its too late I have received it in a timely manner my trip is in two weeks and still received it 3 days before my trip, now I'm worry free, and what I loved about it is the consistent of customer rep who assisted me. their Hotline is always busy whenever I call them but I learn that they answer quickly via "EMAIL" instead of phone, you can leave a voicemail, and they can reach you out in the same day tho. but I much prefer EMAIL so much more convenient.     They said they would ship the order with delivery between Aug 1-8, but I couldn't track it. When the package didn't arrive on time, I reached out. They sent it right away, and I got it on August 23. They gave back half of the shipping fee. The item matched the description and came in sealed blister packs with a good expiration date. I'm very happy with this service and would buy from them again.
